Delete your account

Use this form to request deletion of your Progress Hub account and personal data. You can also email us directly at team@progresshub.app.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email / Google sign-in link)
• Your profile (name, photo, role, coach/client links)
• Workouts, meals, goals, and progress logs
• Uploaded photos and notes

What we may retain

We may keep minimal records required by law (for example, audit logs or financial records where applicable) and aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once your account and data have been removed.

Submitting opens your email client with the request prefilled. If it doesn't open, copy your details and send them to team@progresshub.app.
